These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the financial technology platform ("Wealth OS") provided by DigitalNomads AI, Inc. ("Nomad AI," "we," "us"). By creating an account or connecting your financial institutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Nomad AI provides a "Wealth Operating System" that aggregates data from your connected accounts (e.g., Shopify, Stripe, Bank Accounts) to provide:

• Consolidated financial dashboards and reporting.
• Automated cash flow analysis.
• Access to yield-generating products managed by third-party custodians or DeFi protocols.

2. Not Financial Advice

The content and tools provided by Nomad AI are for informational and operational purposes only. We do not provide personalized investment, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for consulting with your own financial advisors before making investment decisions.

3. Account Security & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and, if applicable, your non-custodial wallet keys. Nomad AI cannot recover funds lost due to compromised private keys or unauthorized access to your devices.

4. Yield & Crypto Risks

By using our yield products, you acknowledge that:

• Crypto assets are not insured by the FDIC or SIPC.
• Stablecoin values can fluctuate.
• Smart contract protocols may have vulnerabilities.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform for:

• Illegal activities, including money laundering or financing terrorism.
• Transactions involving sanctioned entities or jurisdictions.
• Reverse engineering or attempting to exploit the Platform's code.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if we suspect a violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or legal compulsion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nomad AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to market volatility or third-party protocol failures.
